How to Eat
The How to Eat class is an anti-diet and pro HAES (Health At Every Size) class that covers Intuitive Eating and general nutrition information. Over the course of twelve weeks we delve into the fundamentals of intuitive eating and help you build trust in yourself regarding the food you eat.
