I offer nutrition and mental health counseling as well as group counseling. I am a body-positive practitioner with an extensive background in eating disorders/disordered eating, chronic health conditions, trauma, and anxiety. I'm collaborative, empathetic, and driven; I believe wholeheartedly in utilizing peoples’ strength and internal wisdom to help them create profound and sustainable change in their lives.
I hold dual Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Clinical Psychology from Bastyr University. I'm a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe that taking care of oneself through counseling and nutrition can be life changing. My clinical interests are trauma/PTSD, Eating Disorders/disordered eating, the gut-brain connection, LGBTQIA health and empowerment, and women’s health and empowerment.
