Services

I offer nutrition and mental health counseling as well as group counseling.  I am a body-positive practitioner with an extensive background in eating disorders/disordered eating, chronic health conditions, trauma, and anxiety.  I'm collaborative, empathetic, and driven; I believe wholeheartedly in utilizing peoples’ strength and internal wisdom to help them create profound and sustainable change in their lives.

Sally holds a dual Master’s degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  She is a level 1-trained Internal Family Systems therapist and an adjunct professor at Bastyr University. She believes that taking care of oneself through counseling and nutrition can be life changing. Her clinical interests are trauma/CPTSD, Eating Disorders/disordered eating, adults who were parentified as children, Highly Sensitive People, LGBTQIA  health and empowerment, and women’s health and empowerment.
